Homeschooling and Family
Penelope Trunk Education
Penelope aka Adrienne Greenheart is one of the most influential bloggers in my life. When I started reading her blog I thought, I am like the unknown version of her coz I am so much like her! I relate to her posts soo much. Aside from blogging about homeschooling, her site is full of career and life advice for women. She is so entertaining and I admire her boldness and no-nonsense approach to anything.
The Matt Walsh Blog
Alright I admit I have a teeny tiny negligible crush on the writings Matt. Take note: the writings of Matt. He is not yet homeschooling per se since his kids are still babies, but he is pro homeschooling. Matt is a modern day knight in shining armour. Check out his blog. He is also a contributor for The Blaze.
Teach with Joy
Joy is a homeschooler of 5 kids and wife to Edric Mendoza of ANC and director of our homeschool provider, TMA. Written in the Philippine setting, her blog is a really good resource for those thinking of homeschooling their kids. I sometimes find it hard to relate to her posts because we have different lifestyles in that there is an obvious gap in our world. I'm not saying she's rich and I'm poor, but it's kinda like that... let's put it this way she's a full time home maker and I'm not. But that doesn't change the fact that I am able to pick up important values from her when it comes to family so I am a regular reader of her blog because she writes beautifully.
Financial
Ready to be Rich by Fitz Gerald Villafuerte
I once joked to Fitz that he is starting to look like Robert Kiyosaki with all his posts about business and investments. He laughed and took it as a compliment since he knew that I was a big Kiyosaki fan and now I am also a big Fitz Villafuerte fan. Everything and anything you want to know about business and investment, this guy's written about it. Fitz makes business and investing easy to understand, it will just click. Ready to be Rich is my business google.
